Bodyweight Training Beast Skills I am a big fan of using training methods from different sports to create a well-rounded athlete, especially using bodyweight exercises to improve strength and flexibility. To be fast, quick, and strong, doing bodybuilding exercises will only hinder an athlete's development in these skills. This site incorporates gymnastics-style strength building bodyweight exercises which especially develop the core and improves flexibility.There are plenty of demos and exercises you can do. I am currently working on the handstand push-up. |
